What is a Cannabis Health Coach?

Cannabis Health Coaches are the future of natural plant medicine. Doctors are not taught about how cannabis interacts with the body. Cannabis is complex and works differently for everyone. It takes time to figure out the right product, and the most effective delivery method for each person to meet their unique needs.

There is no one size fits all approach when it comes to working with cannabis as medicine. Our bodies were made to interact with cannabis and we have a system in our bodies called the endocannabinoid system.

The endocannabinoid system is responsible for regulating all other systems in the body.

As cannabis is becoming legal in more and more countries it is important to learn about what cannabis can do for us and for our health. Education is the number one request in many areas of the Cannabis Industry, including farmers and growers, producers, budtenders, and healthcare practitioners.

The three factors that everyone needs to consider are:

1. Cannabis is a safe, natural, plant medicine when used with intention.

2. Our body is made to interact with cannabis.

3. Cannabis is beneficial at a cellular level and helps regulate balance in our body, but it is also a catalyst for lasting change in consciousness and awareness and allows us to see what environmental patterns and habits we have formed throughout our life that need to be addressed.

4. Cannabis, at high doses, is a psychedelic and can be used to connect to higher consciousness and can help you connect to your divinity.

You can see how working with the plant can heal the entire ecosystem of your body, mind, and spirit.

There are over 400 separate components of the Cannabis plant.  Many have not been studied thoroughly yet because of the years of prohibition and stigma.

There are soooo many products on the market; edibles, vape pens, dry herb vaporizers, mints, topicals, nano-emulsified beverages, flower and concentrates. How do you choose what is right for you? How many people have picked up some CBD capsules and they are sitting in the cupboard because they are scared or don’t understand how to use them?

Cannabis is not just about THC. There are hundreds of other cannabinoids, and each one has health benefits in similar and different ways.

What is CBG or CBN? How about Delta 8-THC? Is it safe?

There are also hundreds of terpenes; limonene, myrcene, linalool, etc., each with its own benefits.  Don’t get me wrong, I love the effects of THC and there are many reasons to use THC, including pain reduction, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and going internally to end trauma.

As a Cannabis Health Coach, I understand the science behind the body’s endocannabinoid system and how each person is completely different and will react differently to cannabis products.

The endocannabinoid system is still a relatively new finding and has still not been expanded on in the medical curriculum. It has only been in the last 30  years that scientists discovered this system (named after the plant that led to its discovery). This system is responsible for balancing ALL of the other systems in the body. It is the physiological link between mind and body. This is an important discovery as we start understanding the link between chronic pain and anxiety, stress and gut issues, insomnia and depression, etc.

I understand that to bring balance to the endocannabinoid system, we must incorporate holistic health: mind, body, and spirit. Both our internal and external environments affect our health.

Are you ready to transform your life? Does chronic pain have you disengaged from your life? Is anxiety or stress keeping you awake all night? Have you struggled with arthritis, fibromyalgia, migraines, or gut issues? Are you tired of the side-effects of over-the-counter or prescribed medication?
