Hi, I’m Michelle.

I am a mother, a wife, an administrative assistant, a deep diver of information, and a piano teacher.

Not your typical daily Cannabis user.

Cannabis is a big part of my health care now that I experienced how much it helped me learn to enjoy the present moment and find gratitude. So of course, I wanted to learn more.

I learned that our body has an endocannabinoid system and that Cannabis is naturally able to work with this system to supplement what our body is missing naturally. When I explored how the endocannabinoid system is responsible for keeping all other systems in our body in balance I saw how we can introduce Cannabis into our health journey.

It’s about creating balance.
